How it actually works.

No fees, ever. A free online application, a match to the right programme, a cohort to build with, and a London community that stays open for life.

01

Tell us about you

A short online form. No pitch deck, no business plan required — just you, your idea (even if it's still half-formed), and the route you're curious about.

02

We match your route

We'll come back to you with the programme that actually fits where you're at. Launchpad Live, Business Lab, Pathways, Career Connect — they're each built for a different starting line.

03

Build with the cohort

Sessions on Tooting High Street, 1:1 coaching, founder mentors, and the kind of community that turns up. You'll never feel like you're doing this alone.

04

Pitch, launch, repeat

Demo Day, prize funding for the strongest ideas, and the alumni door that stays open for life — including grants and mentoring after you graduate.

SW17 · Where we live

A charity that earns
its own runway, so founders
never pay for theirs.

We own and run Tooting Works — a business centre on Bickersteth Road that directs 100% of its profits to Business Launchpad. Every desk rented, every event hosted, every meeting room booked pours back into the free programmes you'll join. No sponsors to dance for. No strings on you.

It's a circular model: a charity since 1988, with Tooting Works the engine that has kept BLP independent and Londoner-funded.
