At Business Launchpad (BLP), our mission to empower young entrepreneurs is fuelled by the commitment of Tooting Works, a unique business centre that directs 100% of its profits to support our charity.

Tooting Works believes in fostering change through entrepreneurship, and by investing in BLP's programmes, they help ensure that we can continue providing accessible resources and guidance to young people looking to start and grow their businesses.

Their success directly powers ours, creating a unique synergy where every space booked or service provided by Tooting Works translates into new opportunities for aspiring business owners across London.

Our spaces range from private offices and co-working areas to meeting rooms and enterprise kitchen — our business centre is tailored for every business need.

Fully-equipped, lockable offices for teams of 2–15. Move-in ready, with mail handling and reception included.

Hot desks and dedicated desks in a working studio environment. Wi-fi, breakout space, coffee.

Meeting rooms

Bookable rooms from 4 to 16 people. Whiteboards, screens, video-conferencing. By the hour.

Enterprise kitchen

A commercial-grade kitchen for food entrepreneurs — used by alumni like Sweet Dee's Jerk and Pinch Café to prototype.

A professional SW17 business address with mail handling and call answering, without the desk.

Event hire

The whole ground floor for workshops, launches, Pitch Nights and community events. Capacity up to 80.

Plus: alumni mentoring desks, founder lunches, member workshops, and 24/7 access for residents.
