Caroline Odogwu is a Learning and Organisational Development Advisor at Capital City College Group, supporting leadership, staff development, and inclusive learning. She's also the founder of She Is You, a social enterprise empowering women and girls through mentoring, personal growth, and wellness. Caroline brings over a decade of experience in youth work and community engagement to her work.

Amma Anderson is the co-founder and CEO of The Skills Spot, a South London-based organisation helping young people build the confidence, skills, and networks to succeed. Her career began as an apprentice, before working across education, youth services, and the charity sector. Amma now leads a values-led organisation rooted in community and also serves as a trustee for national charities shaping youth and education policy.
